Return & Refund Policy – SNR Kerala Chips and Snacks
- Perishable Products: Since our products are food items, returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Report Time: Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided for verification.
- Wrong Item Delivery: If you receive the wrong product, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
- Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or spoiled, you are eligible for a replacement or refund after approval.
- No Return for Opened Items: Opened, used, or partially consumed products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
- Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
